Whether it is the Logies or the Australian Film Institute (AFI) Awards, William has helped transform looks with hair extensions since 1990. Best Supporting Actress winner Madeleine West’s unique transformation for the 2009 AFI Awards was recreated by William. His lightening hair change for Madeleine included taking the actress from a short black bob (that she sported for the Satisfaction movie) to a platinum blonde bombshell with gorgeous long hair overnight, for the AFI Awards.
William lives and breathes hair extensions, crafting the technique in Australia, the UK and Europe. Constantly at the cutting edge for his talent and trendsetting vision, William is one of the most highly respected figures in hair extensions.
Unique to William’s art is his hair extensions technique that is second to none. He custom blends colour by hand for a seamless, natural result. Then there is the application process where he applies the extension to clients’ own hair without it being obvious they are wearing extensions.
Winner of numerous awards, William is a self-confessed education junkie, sharing his time educating young hairdressers about the art of hair extensions and how they can instantly transform a look. His Passion for Education has come from his 9 years of Secondary High School teaching.
